TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service I've laid out below. You also will confirm that you are over 18 years old to use my commission service.
GENERAL
All of my commission prices are listed in USD
My commission prices are only for personal use, commercial use please discuss
I have the rights to refuse your commission
I will send you a sketch so you can request changes if needed (maximum 3 changes)
Only small adjustments are allowed after rendering is finished
Completion might take up to 2 months
I no longer accept deadlines due to my wrist injury
You will receive a .PNG or .PSD (single layer) of at least 3000 pixels minimum (each side) and 300 DPI minimum
This is a digital commission, which means that you will not receive any physical product
PAYMENT
Commissions are required to be paid upfront 100%
Payments are through PayPal
I will only refund when I am unable to work on the commission
USAGE
I retain the copyrights for the work I made
You cannot use the personal commission works to make a profit of any kind (personal uses without profit is allowed)
You are not allowed to use my art for AI training, NFT or crypto
